FAQ's

Is there a minimum stay?
There is a 2 Night minimum stay in low season and a 3 Night stay in high season.

Check in is at 3pm.

Check out is at 10am.

We require a deposit of 30% for all bookings which will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your stay. If you book within 2 weeks of your stay the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.
You can cancel you booking up to 10 days prior to your stay and we will only retain the 30% deposit paid. If you cancel after this point we cannot offer any refund.

We are a family friendly luxury site based on a working farm in the centre of the Lake District National Park. With excellent access from junction 36 of the M6, we are situated at the top of the beautiful Troutbeck Valley, with views down Windermere Lake.
